Very satisfied with the check-in experience. The lobby is large, the environment is very good, the front desk service is very good, and check-in is fast. I am my first choice every time I come to Gongyi. I stayed for two days in a row. Breakfast is delivered to the room as soon as I call every day. The bed is very comfortable. The Sentel Hotel is the best hotel I've ever stayed in, they just blew me away. After check-in, 4 bottles of free drinks will be given and delivered to the room. 很幸運選擇了這家酒店 臨時決定去鞏義海上橋喝茶 想着住一晚 可以玩兩天 吃晚飯定了這家酒店 到了有9點多了 酒店前台服務態度很好 管家幫忙給送了飲品拿到房間 還拿了寶寶洗護類旅行裝 有早餐可以送到房間 第二天出門也給孩子到了門口的梨湯 很不錯 房間智能化管理 設施比較新 唯一小介意房間鏡子都對着床 臨走也幫忙拿行李到車上 詢問住房體驗 整體還是很不錯 比較用心 以後有機會 還是會選擇這個店 目前住過酒店 服務上非常好了👍 真心推薦
